Produced by Wondimu Unu on his 15 acre farm located in the Gedeb district of the Gedeo Zone, Ethiopia. Wondimu has been cultivating coffee for 15 years, meticulously drying coffee cherries on raised drying beds for 18 to 21 days. Coffee is his main source of income which supports his eight children.
