Our gorgeous coffee beans are roasted by Cilundu Coffee, a non-profit in Carbondale, CO whose primary beneficiary is New Day Orphanage in Mapanza, Zambia (www.newdayorphanage.org)

the ritual

A sense of ritual is at the heart of coffee and at Local we want  you to feel welcome and a part-of. A second living room to many, and a home away from home for any and all visitors.

 

EVERY COFFEE IS DIFFERENT. Here are ours:

Espresso:

Local Espresso Blend

60% Ethiopia Harar, 20% Brazil Andradas, 20% Colombian Women's Producers

Process: Multi | Roast: Full City

A bright, modern espresso, with big fruit notes backed by deep toffee sweetness.

Pour Over:

Uganda Sippi Falls

Process: Washed | Roast: City+

A smooth cup with notes of apple, caramel, and cola. An excellent sipping coffee. 

Cold Brew: 

50% Brazil, 50% Peru

Process: Multi | Roast: Full City

A big, sweet, chocolatey, cup.
